Meet the Founder
Dr. Andrea Monteverdi is the founder of VIRELLA Collective, a doctoral-level clinician and wellness consultant who has spent her career at the intersection of human behavior, physical vitality, and intentional living.
The Story Behind the Work
VIRELLA was built from everything I've lived, studied, and sat with alongside the people who trusted me with their most honest selves.
For years I worked as a licensed clinician with high-functioning individuals who were intelligent, motivated, and genuinely committed to change. What I kept seeing was a gap. People would make real progress in one area of their lives and watch it quietly unravel because nothing else around it had shifted. The emotional work wasn't connected to the physical. The physical wasn't connected to how they were actually living. And the pace of traditional support often couldn't match the pace at which people were ready to move.
A pivotal moment in my own life redirected my path and gave me the clarity to build something different.
That clarity was also shaped by something deeply personal. In 2022, I went through a significant health crisis that affected nearly every dimension of my wellbeing. My relationship with food changed. My ability to feel strong and healthy in my body changed. My hormones, my mental health, my sense of self, all of it was impacted. I had spent years working with practitioners trying to understand what was happening in my body, and then more time on the other side of it learning how to rebuild.
That experience taught me things no degree could. I know firsthand how quickly mental health shifts when daily habits deteriorate. I know what it feels like to lose your relationship with your body and have to earn it back slowly, with patience and self-trust. I know that sustainable transformation is never just physical, and never just emotional. It is always both, and everything in between.
Today I am in the most grounded, healthy, and intentional place I have ever been. That is not an accident. It is the result of doing exactly what I ask of my clients: integrating every part of my life with honesty and consistency.

Who She Works With
Dr. Andrea works especially well with high-achieving individuals who are motivated and self-aware but struggling with consistency, implementation, or feeling quietly disconnected from themselves despite functioning well on the outside.
Her approach is warm, direct, and deeply human. She believes people don't need to be fixed. They need to be heard, guided, and given the tools to trust themselves.
Clients leave this work feeling clearer, more capable, and more at home in their own lives.
