VIRELLA Collective is a private wellness consulting practice, not a therapy or mental health treatment provider. Services are coaching and consulting based, grounded in behavioral science, psychology, and integrative wellness philosophy.

## Founder

Dr. Andrea Monteverdi holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over a decade of personal experience in strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle design.

- The VIRELLA Method: 12-week flagship private consulting experience integrating fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle design. $2,400.

- The Vitality Track: 6-week asynchronous nutrition and habit coaching program. $500.

- The Calibration Session: 70-minute private session focused on the inner life pillar. $300.

- The Nutrition Intensive: 75-minute personalized nutrition education session. $225.

- The Strength Blueprint: Two custom 4-week progressive overload training programs. $325.

- The Discovery Call: Free 15-minute introductory conversation to explore fit.

## Important Distinctions

VIRELLA Collective is not a therapy practice. Dr. Andrea does not provide psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, or clinical treatment. Services are wellness consulting only.
